The Look of Learning Something New

We can always tell, when a dog is stepping onto a slatmill for the first time - that look.

Once they're harnessed in, their head goes down and they only look at the floor. This is completely expected - not only are they unsure about this new experience, they're not at all comfortable in their environment.

We start them off walking very slowly, and as they get the hang of it, their head begins to come up; their eyes look around the van, and their tail starts to wag.

This look - this is the look of learning something new!
